Brad is an accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years of success helping companies transform processes and business models using leading edge technologies. His consulting clients and professional experiences cross several industries including, technology (hardware and software), retail, medical devices, education, gaming and industrial manufacturing. His areas of expertise include Industrial Internet of Things, system implementation, value-add process improvement, business analysis and intelligence, management consulting, and IT strategy. He is currently a VP at General Electric's Digital business unit and also an adjunct lecturer at Babson College teaching courses focused on digital transformation and operations. Brad also lectures on the use of blockchain technology in business and industry.

Throughout his executive career, Brad has held leadership positions at HG Partners, LLC; Atentiv, LLC; Deloitte Consulting LLP; and Arthur Andersen LLP. He has been responsible for designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the EEG commercial headset, for which he received design and utility patents. He led the business transformation for a $2 billion wine and spirits retailer, redesigning six business processes. He also helped develop a new consulting practice within the audit function of Arthur Andersen, creating the Arthur Andersen Business Consulting division.

Brad obtained his MBA from Babson College, and he received his BA in Journalism and English from the University of Massachusetts. In addition to his executive career, Brad is a former Board Member of English for New Bostonians and is a long time cyclist supporting the Pan Mass Challenge since 1999.
